Operating across a 10,000-square-meter facility, our team consists of 234 professionals, including 15 sales representatives, 7 designers, and 182 skilled production workers. With our efficient workflow and mature management system, we achieve a stable monthly production capacity of 400,000 to 450,000 pieces, ensuring timely delivery for bulk orders.
We strictly focus on sportswear and team uniforms, including baseball, soccer, rugby, ice hockey, and basketball jerseys, as well as polo shirts and tee shirts. To guarantee the best results for Custom Heat Transfer Printing, we offer 53 specialized fabric options, such as cotton-touch, waterproof, dry-fit, and UV-protection materials. We also provide over 60 collar choices, including V-neck, zipper, and button styles, to meet your specific design requirements.
Our production is entirely driven by professional Custom Heat Transfer Printing technology. We utilize 20 Japanese-imported MUTOH printers and 7 high-speed printers, paired with premium Italian KIIAN ink for exact and vibrant color matching. For the transfer process, we employ top-tier MONTI transfer machines to ensure color stability, fabric softness, and eco-friendly results. Additionally, 9 precision laser cutting machines guarantee accurate, fast, and clean edges for every piece.
From the initial paper pattern making, handled by 5 expert pattern makers and 6 sample workers, to the final inspection, we maintain strict quality control. Every piece is meticulously checked for colors, logos, names, numbers, and sizes before sewing.
