What is your MOQ?
Our MOQ starts from 10 pieces.
What are your payment terms?
We support T/T: 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance to be paid before shipment or against bill of lading copy. Sight L/C is also acceptable for large‑volume projects. We will confirm exact terms with your formal quotation.
How long does production take?
Sample lead time: 5-7 working days for simple styles, 10-12 working days for complex styles.
10-100 pieces: 7-10 working days for simple styles, 20-25 working days for complex styles.
100-500 pieces: 10 working days.
500+ pieces: 15-20 working days.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes — by sea, air or express from China. We quote EXW, FOB and CIF, and our team near Shenzhen/Guangzhou ports keeps freight simple.
Can you use my fabric or my own accessories?
Yes. If you supply your own materials, we test and manage them with the same quality checks as our sourced fabrics. Clients take responsibility for material performance if self‑supplied raw materials cause quality deviations. We only process custom sublimation printing for provided fabrics.
Warranty & After‑Sales
What if there are defective pieces in my order?
Every order passes final inspection before packing. In the unlikely event of defects caused by our production side, we offer free remanufacturing or a credit towards your next order for the defective items. Freight cost will be negotiated based on actual conditions.
Do you offer reorders and long‑term support?
Yes. We keep your specs, artwork and color standards on file, so reorders are faster and consistent. Our after‑sales service continues beyond delivery — we treat every client as a long‑term partner.
How do I report a quality issue?
Send photos and order details to your sales contact. We will review and respond within 24‑48 hours with a solution.
